§ A221-39 Violations and penalties; continued violations.
Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or association who shall violate any of the provisions of these regulations shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $200, except that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to bear any legal or equitable action to restrain or enjoin any act in violation of these regulations. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of any such violation who, after notification in writing by the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commission, shall thereafter continue such violation shall be fined not more than $200 for each day of such continued violation.
